Beagle love for us started in 1992 when we gave a home to Jenwood Magic Circle, affectionately known as Beagle Ben.

Mandamead Beagles began as a result of a suprise birthday present for my partner, Tom.

Ellie was the puppy in the cake!!!!!

It soon became apparent that Eliie had the 3 B's- brains, beauty and breeding and with inspiration and help from Ellie's breeder we began to show her.

We were delighted when she qualified for Crufts during her 1st year.

As Ben got elderly we were encouraged by a friend to let Ellie have puppies and keep one of the litter. The litter arrived in June 2004.

We were smitten.

The puppy we kept from that first litter, Tilly, had her first litter in May 2006.
